Deputy Local Service Manager – Victoria Road, Haringey, London N4 3SL
– Covering 3 Services – Salary: £32,153.55-£33,826.65 per year – Requisition 229035

Your role- Manage, recruit and develop your team, ensuring effective rotas and training.
- Promote best practice so quality support is delivered every day.
- Make sure systems are in place and services meet compliance standards.
- Support the Local Service Manager with managing and marketing homes/voids.
- Maintain health and safety and build positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Management or supervisory experience in a social care setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of support planning, risk assessment and safeguarding.
- Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with mental health needs.
- Health and wellbeing support – including Aviva Digicare+ with virtual GP appointments, plus an Employee Assistance Programme offering medical, financial, and legal advice, as well as short‑term counselling.
