• Manage, recruit and develop your team, ensuring effective rotas and training.
• Promote best practice so quality support is delivered every day.
• Make sure systems are in place and services meet compliance standards.
• Support the Local Service Manager with managing and marketing homes/voids.
• Maintain health and safety and build positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Management or supervisory experience in a social care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of support planning, risk assessment and safeguarding.
• Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with mental health needs.
