50,000 per year, plus bonus

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Fridays, 8.30am - 3pm.

Bridge Recruit is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Lead the planning and implementation of our clients deployment projects in data centres.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary, during project cycle.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Engage with various partners internationally to ensure successful project delivery.
Work in parallel with the Service Sales Coordinator to align project objectives with client requirements and service agreements.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Requirements of the Project Manager:
Qualifications in engineering are preferred.
Proven experience in project management within data centre environments.
Strong understanding of our clients technologies and deployment processes, with a particular focus on liquid cooling solutions.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to travel to data centre sites as required.
