Design Lead / Senior Design Manager / Technical Manager / Technical Director – (Major Healthcare project) – Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor – Hybrid.

One of the UK’s largest privately owned building main contractors, circa £1 billion turnover, working across a range of sectors including Education, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Blue light.

As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Senior Design Manager / Technical Manager to lead a team of Design Managers working on a major multi million pound hospital project, ideal opportunity for long term local work with circa 5 + years work on this project alone.

Mix of site based and remote work.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Technical Manager, Technical Director or similar.
- Ideally previous experience on healthcare / hospital projects and experience leading a team.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc), ideally a civil engineering qualification.

The successful Lead Design Manager will receive:
