Capita is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead teams of up to 15 Functional Specialists within HAAS operations. You will drive service levels, KPI delivery and ensure objectives are met while maintaining high claimant care and quality.
You will manage and motivate staff, conduct 1-2-1s, oversee recruitment and performance management, and use MI to identify improvements. Collaborate with QLS and Clinical Governance to monitor quality and escalate risks as needed.
