Position: CQC Manager Jobs with Visa Sponsorship

Registered CQC Manager – Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available

This is an amazing chance to take on a crucial leadership role in ensuring our practice delivers safe, effective, compassionate, responsive and well‑led services while being fully compliant with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.

We are looking for a Registered CQC Manager to be our nominated Registered Manager with the CQC.

You will be the lead on quality assurance, governance, patient safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the practice.

About this role

You will work closely with the Partners, Admin Manager, Operations Lead and clinical and administrative teams to ensure that the practice is always meeting and exceeding regulatory standards.

Your Mission will be to:
  • Act as the Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Manage the practice’s CQC compliance programme and keep inspection preparedness.
  • Establish and institutionalise effective governance and quality assurance mechanisms.
  • Lead clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement programmes.
  • Lead investigations into occurrences, major incidents and safeguarding issues.
  • Maintain the practice risk register.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure changes are implemented.
  • Review and update practice policies and procedures.
  • Ensure mandatory training and conformity with regulations.
  • Develop a culture of continual improvement, patient safety and learning throughout the practice.
About You

We’re seeking someone who possesses:

  • Experience of working inside a GP practice or Primary Care setting.
  • Experience of managing CQC compliance and inspections.
  • Good grasp of the CQC Fundamental Standards and NHS Primary Care legislation.
  • Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organising skills.
  • Proven experience in leading audits, investigations and policy formulation.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and develop positive working relationships with multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Great IT abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office and GP healthcare systems.
Preferred
  • CQC Registered Manager experience.
  • Knowledge of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), infection prevention and control, safeguarding and information governance.
