Blue Cross is seeking an Assistant Manager – Off-site Services in Manchester to lead our home-based pet operations and ensure swift, compassionate adoptions with high standards of animal care.
You’ll manage a team of Pet Welfare Assistants and Foster Coordinators, drive pet welfare initiatives, coordinate assessments and training, and collaborate with foster carers to achieve ambitious adoption targets while maintaining excellent client service.
