Embridge is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the EMS team in a remote UK-based role. You will mentor, manage performance, and drive service quality while supporting product development through customer insights.
You will work under the Head of Customer Success to ensure high performance, utilisation targets, and strong client relationships, with opportunities to upsell within the customer base.
