Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly consultative Transformation Lead to help our clients solve complex and wide-ranging needs and deliver solutions. You will be one of the most senior contacts for our clients, building and maintaining long‑lasting relationships and serving as a trusted advisor for change in a hybrid digital health world. You will drive account strategy, support Corporate Development, and identify new business opportunities with help from the wider team.
Responsibilities- Serve as the senior presence in client accounts, building and maintaining C‑level and director relationships to drive and unblock digital transformation and grow accounts.
- Work with the transformation team to understand and deliver solutions to client problems; spend significant time on‑site and be knowledgeable about our products, their applications, the problems they solve, and the value they create.
- Act as point of escalation and direction for the team, driving positive impact and being responsible for KPIs of client health and net revenue retention.
- Build and deliver strategy for your region, understanding Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and ensuring account plans align to regional strategies while developing new opportunities.
- Know your clients inside out and collaborate with the corporate development team to share market intelligence and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
- Help land new business by connecting regional successes and opportunities, steering marketing requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties such as NHS regional teams and Academic Health Science Networks.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
- Consulting experience or proven strong problem‑solving ability.
- Proven experience delivering impactful results through projects, programmes or client work.
- Demonstrable track record of account ownership and growth.
- Experience developing and delivering account growth strategies and plans.
- Evidence of ability to combine detailed product knowledge with customer problems to produce complex solutions.
- Use of data and metrics to drive and improve performance.
- Experience managing, motivating or mentoring other team members.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including at director level and above.
Salary band: £79,000 to £94,000. Social budgets and flexible remote working options. We support a diverse and inclusive culture and provide reasonable adjustments during the hiring process and in the role.
