Adamas Wind, part of the Galetech Group, is seeking an experienced O&M Manager to own operational delivery across the North of England. This is a home‑based role with travel to wind farm sites and periodic overnight stays.
You will lead operational teams, drive performance standards, and partner with Planning, Operations Support, HSE, and other functions to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient service delivery for a portfolio of wind farms.
