ICS.AI Limited is seeking a Head of Client Services (Benefits Manager) to lead our Client Services function, including Customer Success, Adoption, Service Management and Benefits Management. You will line-manage the Customer Success Manager and AI Adoption Leads and act as senior benefits realisation lead, working with senior client stakeholders to establish, agree and track strategic value of programmes.
