As part of the Asset Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring property and compliance data is accurate, robust and supports effective investment, maintenance and strategic decision-making across the housing portfolio.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in asset, compliance or property data management who is passionate about driving improvements through accurate information and effective systems management.

The Asset Data Officer is responsible for maintaining and developing the organisation's asset management data, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and supports both operational delivery and long-term asset planning.
