We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and local safeguarding arrangements .
About the RoleYou will provide strategic and operational leadership ensuring effective safeguarding, timely decision-making, and high-quality service delivery. This will include the MASH, multiagency risk management meetings and requirements to manage People in a Position of Trust.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee complex safeguarding activity, manage risk effectively and ensure statutory responsibilities are consistently met. You will drive continuous improvement, embed best practice and lead on performance, ensuring the service delivers positive outcomes for adults king closely with partner agencies, you will play a key role in strengthening multi agency safeguarding arrangements and practice across the partnership.
Aboutthe Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified social worker . They will be a confident and inspiring leader with substantial experience in safeguarding and social care management. You will demonstrate strong decision-making skills, the ability to manage complex and high‑risk situations, and experience of leading and developing high‑performing teams. Excellent communication and partnership working skills are essential, along with a commitment to delivering person‑centred, outcome‑focused services.
Eligibility to work in the UK will be verified in the final stages of the selection process.
