Full-time Hybrid / Remote Uncapped commission

Our core client-facing path: understanding an investor's requirements and introducing them to specialist providers across gold-backed bonds, property bonds, EIS/SEIS and private equity. Multiple people already hold this title at New Capital Link, working remotely or from our Essex head office.

Full-time Client-facing Performance-linked

A more senior client relationship path based between our London presence and Chelmsford head office, guiding qualifying investors through the specialisms we introduce — from ethical and green technology investments to private equity IPO access — and building long‑term client trust.

Full-time Entry‑level friendly Office‑based

A supportive entry point into the business, managing day‑to‑day client communication, keeping enquiries moving and helping introducers and consultants stay organised. Ideal for people who are personable, organised and keen to learn how alternative investment introductions work.

Full-time Hybrid Entry‑level friendly

Supports the wider team by researching and summarising market context across our specialisms — gold and commodity-backed bonds, property bonds, EIS/SEIS and ethical investments — so introducers and consultants have accurate, up‑to‑date material for client conversations.

Covers the roles that keep New Capital Link running smoothly — including Head of Operations, Office Manager, Head of Administration and Head of Gold Procurement — each responsible for a different part of the firm's day‑to‑day operational backbone.

Our core team is based in Chelmsford and London, with remote and regional flexibility for the right candidates UK-wide.
