As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant operation of the nursing home.

• Managing the day-to-day running of the nursing home
• Leading, mentoring and developing nursing and care teams
• Delivering exceptional standards of elderly nursing care
• Ensuring full CQC compliance
• Driving continuous quality improvement
• Managing staffing, recruitment and retention
• Clinical governance and medicines management
• Budget management and financial performance
• Occupancy growth and business development
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Creating a positive, supportive culture for colleagues and residents

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
• Active NMC PIN
• Previous experience working within a nursing home
• Experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Clinical Manager or Deputy Manager
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Passion for delivering Outstanding care
