Lifeways Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead and inspire services across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. The role combines office, service-based and home working with regular regional travel, reporting to the Regional Director.
You will oversee 2 Registered Managers, manage budgets, drive quality improvements and ensure CI regulatory compliance across a growing portfolio. A Level 4+ care/management qualification is preferred.
