Grade E - £25,585 - £25,989 pro rata per annum (pending pay award)
Hours:
22.2 hours
Working Pattern: 4 day week (Monday to Thursday) exact working pattern to be agreed

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the Council’s workforce development programme.
In this role, you’ll be coordinating training activity, building relationships with providers, bringing together the annual training programme including marketing materials and keeping HR/Payroll records accurate and up to date. You will also be responsible for producing reports and insights that support workforce planning and organisational development, including collating training needs and training evaluation.
Beyond training delivery, you’ll support employee induction, work experience and wider HR initiatives such as wellbeing and employee engagement across the organisation.
The personThis is a fantastic role for a highly organised administrator who enjoys building relationships and communicating with a wide range of audiences.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office systems including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
