Prop Firm Match is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and scale revenue across two business units. You will build the Commercial team, implement Rev Ops (CRM, forecasting, attribution), and establish a weekly operating cadence to drive ARR growth from 10M to 30M+.
Remote-first, with emphasis on executive communication, partner management, and data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the CEO/COO to shape strategy and accelerate vendor relationships.
