The Opportunity

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced M365 Copilot Lead to provide strategic leadership and delivery oversight for a Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent project.
This is a key role responsible for setting the direction, governance, and successful execution of the engagement. Working closely with senior business stakeholders and technology teams, you will ensure the project delivers measurable value while supporting the firm's wider AI and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of the M365 Copilot Agent project.
Define the project vision, roadmap, governance framework, and success criteria.
Provide strategic direction across business and technical work streams.
Engage with senior stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
Oversee implementation, testing, adoption, and knowledge transfer activities.
Ensure compliance, security, and governance standards are adhered to within a legal environment.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
