Asda Kirkcaldy is seeking an Online Manager to oversee the in-store online operation, engage the team, ensure on-road vans, and keep customers happy. You will validate picker and driver resources through rota planning, driving picking accuracy and service quality.
You will lead a culture of ownership, coach staff, and drive improvements in availability and customer satisfaction with a data-driven approach.
