Onshape Inc. is seeking a high-performing SMB Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in the EMEA market. This player-coach role requires forecasting rigor, coaching ability, and a focus on inbound and outbound pipeline in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will design enablement programs, align with Marketing and Customer Success, and drive quarterly and annual revenue quotas while scaling the sales organization across remote UK operations.
