With You is seeking a Team Leader for Talking Therapies Services. This fixed-term role runs until August 2027 and is 22.5 hours per week, predominantly home-based, with UK residence required.
You will support the management team, promote the service to external stakeholders, and lead staff to ensure engagement with With You’s strategic objectives. Collaboration with partners will be essential to maintain continuity of care.
