Our client is part of a National Hotel Company seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Cluster Revenue Manager to join their revenue management team, based commutable to Oxfordshire, therefore you can commute from nearby counties, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire etc with home working 2 days a week,This company will look at candidates outside of Hospitality eg:
Car hire, Airlines etc
The Property
- Hybrid role: 60% office / client based and 40% Home Based (2 days a week from home)
- Branded propertys across the UK
- Managing a portfolio of hotels, 30 plus hotels
- Reporting directly to the Regional Revenue Manager
- This company will look at candidates outside of Hospitality eg:
Car hire, Airlines etc
Benefits you will receive as Junior Cluster Revenue Manager:
- Annual Bonus up to 10% of base salary (based on personal targets and business KPIs)
- Quarterly Bonus which equates to an additional £5,000 annually
