The Role You'll lead the residential property department with real autonomy, recognition and support:

Manage, mentor and develop a strong existing team Handle a small caseload of complex, HNW residential matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions)
Build and deepen client relationships rooted in trust and mutual respect

Drive business development and departmental growth as the firm's commercial priority
