L&Q Living is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Lead for the North West, based in Manchester. The role is a perm position with hybrid working and active involvement in managing a 500–600 home patch.
You will lead the Housing Management team, improve resident satisfaction, and be the primary point of contact for residents across your area. We value relationship-building, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving, with a focus on timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
