Charles Hunter Associates is looking for a Team Manager to join our client’s team at their Berkshire head office. You will supervise a small social work team and oversee quality assurance of the service to ensure safeguarding and high standards of practice.
The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary up to £65,000 per year. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, an excellent travel package and flexibility to work from home, plus a bonus where applicable.
