Agena Group in Slough, UK, is seeking a Head of Wardens (South) to provide strategic and operational leadership for the national Warden Operations team across Southern regions. You will drive performance, compliance, and client satisfaction while managing a multi-layer leadership structure and coordinating with Area Managers and Team Leaders.
Regular UK travel is expected; role reports to the Operations Director and sits within a hybrid working framework.
