Anchor is recruiting a Head of Landlord Compliance to lead strategic landlord safety and compliance across a national property portfolio. You will oversee gas, electrical, lifts, asbestos, water safety, and mechanical services, ensuring safe homes while driving a compliance-first culture.
You will lead a team of Contract Managers and Project Managers, develop policies, assure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and report to senior leadership and regulators.
