Norfolk County Council is seeking a Team Manager for the Supported Accommodation service across the county. You will lead staff teams and senior practitioners, ensure care aligns with legislation, policies and standards, and drive continuous improvement in homes that place young people at the centre.
This is a secondment/temporary fixed-term post (12 months) with 37 hours per week, salary £50,166 to £54,277 per annum.
