The role leads a new Rent & Service Charge team, shaping the function from the ground up with a focus on accuracy, customer service and financial integrity.
You will manage rent setting, service charge budgeting, forecasting, and year-end reconciliation across tenures and properties, while overseeing reporting, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
