CFRA Research is seeking a Client Success Manager for the Wealth Business Unit. The role is primarily remote with in-person meetings in Central London up to 2 days a week.
You will manage wealth accounts, drive product adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor CFRA content and services to client needs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client success or account management, with preferred experience in wealth management and research environments, and strong CRM skills
