The role reports to the Area Manager and runs 24/7 operations, focusing on person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. This is a full-time position with a 37.5-hour week.
You will lead teams, drive service quality, and develop relationships with families and external stakeholders while promoting independence and community participation.
