Stroke Association is seeking a Service Delivery Administration Manager to lead the Administration Hubs in the Midlands and South East Localities. The role is home-based with frequent travel to meetings and local hubs, full-time (35 hours per week).
Reporting to the Service Support Lead, you will line manage Administration staff, drive process improvements, and work with Service Delivery Coaches to ensure high-quality administrative support for Locality Impact teams.
