Spicerhaart is seeking an Estate Agency Training Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of training for around 250 colleagues. The role is remote with mandatory travel to training sites across the UK, including Nottingham, and reports to the Head of Training & Development.
You will drive programmes that meet compliance, maintain training manuals, and support operations with manuals and blended learning.
