The experiences range from influencer trips to pop up shops, event set ups, installations and lounge activations. The company has offices in London, New York and Los Angeles, and presence in Dubai, Miami and Paris.

Our team of 50+ consists of designers, producers, coordinators and a finance and operations team.

Associate Director, Creative Operations (Full-Time)

Associate Director, Creative Operations The Associate Director, Creative Operations leads the operational performance of the Creative Studio, ensuring the team is effectively resourced, organised and supported to deliver exceptional creative work. Partnering closely with Creative Leadership and senior stakeholders across the business, the role is responsible for resource planning, operational excellence, financial oversight and continuous improvement, enabling the studio to scale and deliver against business objectives.

This role supports resource planning across both UK and US projects and requires flexibility to collaborate across US time zones where business needs require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic resource planning across permanent employees, freelancers and specialist partners, ensuring the studio is effectively resourced across UK and US projects while balancing capacity, utilisation and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with Creative Leadership (VP of Creative and Strategy and Creative Director) to forecast demand, proactively identify resource risks and ensure projects are appropriately staffed to deliver against client expectations.
Creative Operations & Process Improvement
  • Drive the continuous improvement of creative workflows, operational processes and governance to increase efficiency, consistency and scalability across live projects and pitches. Establish and maintain best practice ways of working, ensuring operational excellence across the Creative Studio.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the operational partner to senior stakeholders across Creative, Production, Finance, Client Services and New Business, aligning creative operations with wider business objectives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, managing expectations and facilitating effective decision making throughout project delivery.
Studio Operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Creative Studio, including ownership of operational systems such as Float,  and Slack, ensuring accurate project data, scheduling and reporting.
  • Provide leadership, oversight and direction to the Creative Operations Assistant, ensuring studio administration is delivered efficiently while continually improving operational standards.
  • Manage freelancer engagement, onboarding, invoicing, creative budgets and resource reporting while partnering with Finance to support accurate forecasting and commercial decision-making.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for permanent creative roles, helping build a high performing and scalable creative team.
Performance, Systems & Culture
  • Develop reporting on resource utilisation, studio performance and operational KPIs, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform business decisions.
  • Champion an engaged, collaborative and high-performing studio culture through effective systems, management, training coordination and team initiatives.
Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in a senior Creative Operations, Studio Management or Resource Management role within the experiential events industry, with proven experience managing creative teams, resource planning and operational delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with senior leaders across Creative, Production, Finance and Commercial functions, alongside experience supporting recruitment, financial administration and studio operations.
