McCarthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to establish and deliver a new care and lifestyle service across parts of Berkshire and Surrey. The role involves supervising Mobile Care Assistants and ensuring CQC compliance while promoting person-centred care for residents.
Salary £30,000 p.a., plus a Company Car or car allowance; 37 hours/week with alternate weekends. Travel across Berkshire and Surrey is expected, with some remote working when suitable.
