Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a group of social workers in a reputable fostering service covering West Sussex and Hampshire. The role is based from home with office-based meetings, supervision, and training in West Sussex.
It is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a genuine potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have fostering experience (preferably in the private sector) and demonstrated management capability.
