Registered Manager - Children's Residential

Surrey | £60,000-£75,000 DOE | Permanent

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take genuine ownership of a children's residential home and make a lasting difference?

We are looking for a confident, resilient and hands-on Registered Manager to lead a small 2-bed children's home in the Guildford area
, supporting young people with complex needs.

• Lead and develop a small home with real scope to make your mark
• Provide strong leadership, safeguarding and regulatory oversight
• Build a positive, consistent culture within the staff team
• Work closely with senior leadership and the Responsible Individual
• Help drive the home's continued improvement and long-term stability
• 1 day working from home in practice

• Level 5 qualification (essential)
• Previous Registered Manager experience strongly preferred
  
  Strong children's residential care experience
• Knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing complex needs and challenging situations
• Strong leadership, compliance, auditing and staff management skills
• A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people

An experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up may also be considered where there is strong evidence of readiness for the role.
