Are you a Finance Manager looking to make a real impact within a dynamic SME? Our client, a growing and innovative business, is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to oversee their finance operations on a short-term basis, initially for a period of 3 months.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team and directly support the company's strategic growth, with the potential to become a permanent posting based on performance and delivery. Reporting to the director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for taking a hands-on leadership approach and fostering a collaborative work environment, perfect for someone looking to make a tangible difference. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the management of a finance team, ensuring daily deliverables are met, along with having the responsibility for all financial reporting, cashflow forecasting and cash management of the business.

Although this role is initially for a period of 3 months, there is a long term potential with this role and it could become permanent for the right candidate. Interviewing immediately!
