Location: Greater London
Ada Lovelace Institute in London seeks a Head of Operations and Strategic Development to cover a maternity leave period. You will lead organisational development, budgeting, governance, and cross-directorate coordination to sustain Ada's work and impact.
You will report to the Co-Directors, sit on the Senior Leadership Team, and oversee finance, HR, IT, policy development, grant delivery and funder relationships while embedding a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
