Our roles are either designated ‘site based’ or ‘home based’. ‘Site based’ roles can include up to two days a week working from home whilst ‘home based’ roles are based at home four days a week. Of course, managers designate which category roles are in based on the needs of the service and the circumstances.
Job IntroductionWe’re recruiting a Team Manager to join our Adult Social Care service.

As Team Manager, you’ll provide leadership to a team of health and social care professionals, ensuring high quality services are delivered to adults across Milton Keynes. You’ll help shape service improvements, support colleagues to perform at their best and ensure we continue to meet local and national expectations for adult social care.
This is a rewarding leadership role for an experienced professional who is ready to influence service delivery, drive improvement and make a positive difference to the lives of others.

This is a Site-Based role, and you’ll be expected to work from the designated workplace.
