Service Manager

📍 Home-Based | Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland

An established automation and engineering provider is looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead its Irish Field Service Team and support continued growth across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a senior leadership role combining operational excellence with strategic expansion of the Irish service business.

• Lead, organise and support a team of 4 Field Service Engineers across Ireland
• Drive service performance across planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Take ownership of financial controls including overtime, training and operational spend
• Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for service growth
• Support the development and expansion of the Republic of Ireland business entity
• Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
• Proven experience supervising or managing engineering teams
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and contracts
• Confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills
• Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent preferred)
