Victim Support is recruiting a Domestic Abuse Team Leader to oversee the IDVA service in Cumbria. The role is based from home with access to county offices and police stations, offering a hybrid working pattern to support frontline victims of domestic abuse.
You will lead a team of Independent Domestic Violence Advisors, manage performance and staffing development, and collaborate with statutory and voluntary partners to deliver high-quality, victim-centered support.
