- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing multi-million Rand projects.
- Expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, operational excellence, or a related specialization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
