The Role: We are looking for an entrepreneurial high-calibre Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to partner with the board and executive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced executive an ambitious serial entrepreneur or a senior leader looking to make a high-impact contribution under a Volunteer Agreement with a view toward long-term strategic alignment equity structuring and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vision & Strategy: Define execute and evolve TJN Ventures Groups long-term commercial and operational strategies.

• Board Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Board and fellow executives (including the CAO and COO) to ensure corporate governance and strategic milestones are met.

• Growth & Funding: Lead high-level stakeholder engagement strategic partnerships and fundraising or venture development initiatives.

• Culture & Leadership: Foster an innovative high-performance corporate culture across all venture arms.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven track record in executive leadership (CEO Managing Director or commercial Board Member) ideally within fast-paced or venture-backed environments.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in corporate governance joint ventures or scaling business models.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to invest strategic time into a high-potential ecosystem.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

A proven track record in a high-level leadership role such as CEO Managing Director or a commercial Board Member. Experience with in fast-paced or venture-backed environments is highly preferred. Financial & Governance Acumen:
