Our Online operations play a huge part in bringing the best of Morrisons directly to our customers' doorsteps. As an Online Team Leader, you’ll lead, support, and coordinate our team of colleagues to ensure every order is picked, packed, and ready on time.
You'll coach your team, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store to keep customer service levels high.
In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
- Put customers first:
Lead your team to deliver outstanding service with a true customer-centric mindset, listening to customer feedback to make continuous improvements. - Lead and develop your team:
Coordinate colleagues to ensure all picking and despatch routines are completed on time, coaching the team to build confidence and high performance. - Drive performance and standards:
Analyse department data alongside the Online Manager to identify opportunities, minimise substitutions, and speed up processes. - Keep operations safe and legal:
Maintain exceptional department standards, ensure full compliance with legal obligations and store policies, and look after team workload.

Able to manage workload efficiently, handle daily priorities smoothly, and keep picking and delivery schedules running on time. - Keeps a firm grip on the basics:
