Regional Premises Manager – Education
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and successful education trust for an experienced Regional Premises Manager to join their Estates Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estates, facilities, property or premises professional to oversee a number of school sites across the Peterborough region.
The Role
As Regional Premises Manager, you will oversee estates and facilities across a number of academy sites in the Peterborough region. You will work closely with Principals, senior leaders, premises teams, contractors and external partners to ensure sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with approximately three days visiting academy sites and two days working from home, depending on operational needs.
About You
We are looking for an experienced estates or facilities professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will be confident working with staff at all levels, managing contractors and maintaining high standards across multiple sites.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in estates, facilities, property or premises management
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding and statutory compliance
* Experience managing maintenance programmes, planned works and projects
* Experience procuring and managing contractors
* Experience leading and developing teams
* Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills and experience using compliance/management systems
* The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
* A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel
