Are you passionate about making a real impact and driving change? After our success in winning four MPs at the last election, we are now gearing up for 2028, aiming to secure even more victories. Our membership and supporters are key to achieving this, and this role would ensure we are reaching even more people.

As the Outreach and Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the growing of our community across England and Wales by testing new outreach and recruitment strategies and engaging with people at the start of their Green Party experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build something truly special, working with people across the organisation to ensure the Green Party grows in line with its ambitions.

Lead community growth through paid social advertising, upskilling colleagues and volunteers to recruit.

Design and lead a 120-day onboarding journey for new members, including welcome packs.

Analyse engagement data to build, test and evolve personas that shape how we communicate.

Manage a Senior Officer and an Officer, setting KPIs, conducting appraisals and regular 121s.

The role is home based with the option to use our London office, and travel for meetings is expected. It reports to the Head of National Engagement and works closely with the wider National Engagement team, particularly the Retention team, as well as Liberation Groups, local and regional parties, and key members of GPEx and AfComm.
