Temporary Repairs Manager

Salary: £500 per day
Join a leading housing provider in an exciting and dynamic role as a Temporary Repairs Manager. This position offers hybrid working arrangements and is based in South London. You will lead a team of surveyors, managing repairs across the region with the potential for career progression to senior roles.
Day-to-day of the role:- Lead and manage a team of surveyors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of repair services across South London.
- Oversee the scheduling and allocation of work, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on the team's performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address any operational challenges.
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve processes and increase efficiency within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in repairs management within the housing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of surveyors.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of current industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.
- Competitive daily rate of £500.
