For us being part of the solution is about creating the conditions for this to happen, advocating and delivering services that make a real difference. Working in partnership not competition, we are part of an eco-system of purpose-led organisations, striving for a fairer, more equal society centred on opportunity for all.

Are you passionate about helping people with mental and /or physical health support needs find meaningful, sustainable employment? Do you want to be part of a service that transforms lives through work, inclusion, and wellbeing?

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven IPS Service Managers to join our team - subject to the successful award of new contracts in West Yorkshire covering Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield & Kirklees.

You will need to have an expert understanding of Individual Placement and Support, the fidelity scale and how that interacts with the IPS fidelity manual.

You will be responsible for managing Team Leader(s) which will involve providing regular supervision around IPS practice issues, as well as support around complex staffing and caseload issues. Whilst this is a home-based role you will be expected to be in your area of delivery for face-to-face meetings for at least half the week.

Your role will involve building partnerships with local NHS Trusts, employment providers and referral sources as well as maintaining partnerships with stakeholders and commissioners.

You will work in partnership with local health team managers, ensuring the IPS Service is embedded in clinical settings, community groups and referral partners. You will also build positive working relationships with external partners, most notable NHS England and IPS Grow.

This is a performance-focused role, with clear targets around referrals, job starts, and sustained employment. But more than that, it's about changing lives.

We welcome applicants from local residents in the areas of delivery.
