Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Lead and support clinical supply forecasting and planning systems.

Develop, maintain, and optimize forecasting models for clinical studies.

Manage system configuration, integrations, testing, and user support.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient clinical supply planning and execution.

Monitor supply forecasts, inventory levels, risks, and study requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and data quality enhancements.

Develop training materials, support documentation, and best practices.

Act as a subject matter expert for clinical supply planning technologies and forecasting processes.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in clinical supply chain, pharmaceutical development, or related areas.

Experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and clinical supply management.

Experience with planning systems, technology implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

Understanding of global clinical trials and clinical supply processes.

Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
